This reloadable training kit allows officers to practice loading, sighting, trigger pull and range estimate at a fraction of the cost of tactical rounds. With the base sitting on a flat surface, the nose is inserted into to the opening until it clicks. Using the supplied hex key, the screw is loosened and the fired cartridge is removed. A new one is inserted and the screw is tightened. The round is now ready to fire. Total lapse time is under 10 seconds. These rounds are not for use on humans.

The Stinger® 40 mm 60-Caliber Round is most widely used as a crowd management tool by Law Enforcement and Corrections. The round contains approximately eighteen 60-Caliber rubber balls. It utilizes smokeless powder as the propellant and has more consistent velocities and tighter patterns compared to its 37 mm counterpart. eXact iMpact™ 40mm Adjustable Range Round

The 40mm eXact iMpact Adjustable Round has evolved from the Defense Technology® design of the eXact iMpact standard and extended range rounds. This lightweight, high-speed projectile incorporates a plastic body and a foam (sponge) nose which is spin stabilized via the incorporated rifling collar and the 40mm launcher’s rifled barrel. The round utilizes smokeless powder as the propellant and has velocities that are extremely consistent.

The projectile design has a unique user-adjustable patented gas-bleed feature, which allows kinetic energy to be adjusted for two design points addressing close-in and extended range engagements.

In the opened position, the standard range velocity allows for engagements of 1.5 – 40 meters. In the closed position, the extended range velocity allows for engagements of 40 – 70 meters.
